3. Orders, Pricing & Product Information
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory shortages.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in USD for US customers, Euro for International customers, and CAD for Canadian customers, unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. GST/HST or provincial taxes will be calculated at checkout.
- Product Display: We strive for accurate product descriptions and images; however, display settings may cause minor variations that do not constitute defects.
4. Payment & Payment Processors

5. Chargebacks, Disputes & Liability for Fees

6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs inspections.
- Risk and responsibility transfer upon delivery to the address provided.
- Canadian Orders will be shipped from within Canada
- US Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in California
- International orders will be shipped from the most appropriate fulfillment location.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

8. Warranties & Disclaimers
