PureLabs Peptides Ltd. is a Canadian-based research peptide supplier serving qualified customers. Due to the sensitive, sterile, and laboratory nature of peptide products, this Refund & Return Policy outlines strict conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Because peptide products are temperature-sensitive, sterile, and susceptible to contamination or degradation, returns are limited and subject to inspection. This policy represents a commercial goodwill policy and is not a universal right of return, except where required by applicable Canadian law.

- Due to sterility and safety standards, most peptide products are final sale.
- Refunds are issued only for verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, tampered with, or improperly stored are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection (7–14 business days).
Eligibility for Return
Products may be considered for return only if all conditions below are met:
1. Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted due to product stability considerations.
2. Condition
- Product must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Vials must not be punctured or reconstituted.
- No visible tampering or temperature exposure damage.
- Lot numbers must remain intact and readable.
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or invoice is required for all return requests.
4. Return Authorization (RA)
All returns require written approval and a Return Authorization (RA) issued by PureLabs Peptides Ltd. prior to shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to product integrity and regulatory considerations, the following are final sale:
- Opened, punctured, or reconstituted peptide vials
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Items marked as clearance or final sale
- Custom, bulk, or special-order products
- Products returned without authorization
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Lot number and batch information (if applicable)
- A detailed description of the issue
Verified claims may result in a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Return
- Email returns@peptidepurelabs.com with subject line “Return Request — Order #”.
- Attach photos and supporting documentation (if applicable).
- Await Return Authorization (RA) instructions before shipping.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.
Refund Timing & Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After inspection, please allow 7–14 business days for processing and for funds to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Exchanges
Due to the specialized nature of peptide products, exchanges are generally not offered. In limited circumstances involving verified errors, replacements may be provided.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we are required to respond through our payment processor and provide transaction documentation.
Chargebacks may result in administrative fees, denial of disputes where evidence supports the transaction, and potential restrictions on future purchases.
